Privacy Policy
Effective June 19, 2026
ZLDA Trade Boards (ZLDA Group LLC, “ZLDA,” “we,” or “us”) operates a network of local trade boards where business owners list services for cash, trade, or both. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is shared. By using the platform you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name (optional), email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Sign-in providers. If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, we receive basic profile and account information from that provider to authenticate you.
Listing content (public). Information you put in a listing, such as your business name, contact name, description, price or rate, contact method, and trade preferences, is published publicly on the board. Anyone can view it, and search engines may index it.
Interest responses. When you respond to a listing to express interest, we collect your name, the contact information you provide, and your message, and we share them with the business that posted the listing so the two of you can connect directly.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access times. We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate and secure the board, create and manage your account, publish your listings, connect interested parties, respond to your requests, and comply with our legal obligations.
How information is shared and made public
Public listings. Your listing content is visible to the public and may be cached or indexed by third parties outside our control. Do not include information in a listing that you are not comfortable making public.
Other users. When you express interest in a listing, your name, contact details, and message are disclosed to that business. Once another user receives your information, we cannot control how they use it.
Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us run the platform, such as our database and hosting providers and our sign-in provider. They may process information only to provide services to us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is required by law, or necessary to enforce our Terms, protect the rights, property, or safety of ZLDA, our users, or the public, or investigate fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use only an essential cookie required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform, resolve disputes, and meet our legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal information, subject to records we are required to keep.
Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at tanis@zldagroup.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to request access to or deletion of your information. We will honor rights that apply to you.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and transmitting data over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The platform is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
